What do I get with Details?
You get three products in one: Ordering, Savings, and Insights. With Ordering, you can order all of your supplies, from any supplier, in one easy to use platform. With Savings, you get OSO-level pricing with top suppliers (no gray market). With Insights, you get real-time reporting showing how much you’ve spent (and saved) across vendors, categories, and time. You also get a dedicated Ordering Concierge, so you can hand off headaches like backorders, supplier mistakes, and questions about orders. Our Concierge team has over 100 years of combined orthodontic procurement experience, so if you have questions, they have answers!
Who can I order supplies from?
Anyone! We’re supplier agnostic. Using our online platform, you can search products, create favorites lists, and order from any supplier. Simply add products to your cart, submit them to suppliers, and then track their progress. You can also track what orders have arrived using a delivery checklist. Unlike most ordering platforms, we do all the work of onboarding for you! Just tell us who you order from and your ordering preferences, and we’ll work with suppliers to get all your products into your own catalog in the Details platform.
Can I keep my buying group membership?
Of course! You’ll continue to receive any buying group or OSO discounts you’ve secured. While our data shows most Details Members no longer need a buying group membership in addition to Details, we’re buying group and supplier agnostic, and will help you get the most out of your membership.
