Yes! Details works with every supplier and buying group. You can keep ordering all of your products from your favorite suppliers in your Products tab on Details. We even onboard them for you!
If you want to explore discounted pricing, you can visit the Shop tab to explore Details discounted pricing, and your buying group pricing (select groups).
Where does the pricing come from?
Your pricing with existing suppliers stays the same. You keep any buying group discounts and pricing you negotiated.
Pricing in Shop is negotiated by Details (or participating buying groups), and provides optional additional savings.
Can I keep my buying group membership?
Of course! You’ll continue to receive any buying group or special pricing you’ve secured. We’ll help you determine which buying groups you need and how to make the most of them! Some practices are able to rely only on Details pricing, others benefit from being part of a group.
Can I still work with my rep?
Absolutely! Details actually makes it easier for your reps to receive and process your orders. It saves both you and your rep time, so you can focus on finding ways to grow together.
Can I still use my points?
Yes! Simply let your dedicated Details Concierge know you want to use points for your order, and they’ll coordinate that with the manufacturer.
Who can I order supplies from?
Anyone! We’re supplier agnostic. Using our online platform, you can search products, create favorites lists, and order from any supplier. Simply add products to your cart, submit them to suppliers, and then track their progress. You can also track what orders have arrived using a delivery checklist. Unlike most ordering platforms, we do all the work of onboarding for you! Just tell us who you order from and your ordering preferences, and we’ll work with suppliers to get all your products into your own catalog in the Details platform.

Only 1–2 hours. Once you’re onboarded to the Details Ordering Platform, starting Details Dots is quick and easy. Most practices finish the inventory training and onboarding in less than two hours.
Do we need to buy scanners to use this?
No expensive equipment required. Dots can be scanned with any smartphone or iPad.
What if we don’t have storage space?
That’s ok, many practices don’t. Your Concierge will customize the inventory tool to your practice based on how you currently store and track supplies. We’ve helped everyone from startups to 15-office practices, so we’ve built this with all types of practices in mind.
What if we already use a Tag system?
Great. You can use Details Dots as your Tags to more easily track and re-order products. Because Dots are auto-generated in Details, there’s no manual tag creation. A tag system uses physical labels to manually signal it’s time to re-order, a time-consuming process of creating, replacing, and moving tags around the office. With Details Dots, you simply scan the tag to record how many you’re removing, or that it’s time to order more, and staff see realtime inventory counts inside Details. If you prefer physical tags, you can print new ones from the auto-generated Dots.
Where do I put the Dots?
Details Dots track your “on-hand” inventory, so place them anywhere you keep back-stock or storage. When supplies are removed from these areas and moved closer to where they’re used with patients, you scan the Dot and count out how many you’re removing. When supplies leave storage, they’re no longer “on-hand,” so products get re-ordered before you run out.
Do I need to count all my baseline inventory at once to get started?
No. Details lets you count at your own pace. Go as fast or as slow as you’d like.
Is there an additional cost for Details Dots?
Details Dots is included in your Details membership, alongside the Ordering Platform, Concierge, and Savings.
What if this doesn’t seem right for me?
No sweat. You can still use our one-stop ordering platform to order from all your favorite suppliers in one place, with a dedicated ordering Concierge to support your staff. Your Concierge will help adapt the inventory solution to your practice based on storage space, staff time, and doctor preferences.

A second set of eyes on every supplier invoice and receipt. Each bill gets checked against what you ordered, and anything off gets flagged and corrected, without your team lifting a finger.

Checking… Do I pay my bills any differently?
No, keep paying your bills however you do today. Bill Check collects your invoices and receipts in one place, so you can track what you’ve paid, what’s pending, and what we’ve flagged for supplier review.
Will Bill Check work if I set everything to auto-pay?
Yes! Even on auto-pay, Bill Check reviews your payment confirmations and receipts for mistakes. If something looks off, we flag it and your Concierge works with the supplier to get it corrected. So auto-pay doesn’t have to mean no one’s watching.
Will I still get my invoices?
Yes. Suppliers still send invoices and receipts to you directly, on top of collecting them in Bill Check. If a supplier needs bills sent to Bill Check first, those emails get forwarded straight to you.
How soon does it start working?
You can start managing bills right away. All new orders placed after opting-in to Bill Check show up in Bill Check as a bill.
Automatic invoice & receipt collection happens as each supplier confirms, and bill reviews a few weeks after that.
Does Bill Check work for my non-supply bills?
Just supply bills for now. Bracket invoices, auto-pay receipts from distributors, and everything in-between.
What does it cost?
Bill Check pricing and availability depends on your Details membership type. However, if Bill Check is not included in your membership (or you’re a new member), you get 6 months to try it at no charge.
